Returns & Exchanges
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for website credit or exchange. All returned items must be returned in original and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full original value. (A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition.) Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. to request a return authorization.
Damages & Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please send an email
requesting a return authorization. I will do my best to ship you a new item at no cost to you. However, please notify me within 48 hours of package arrival if this has occurred. Claims cannot be made after 48 hours (2 days).
