How accurate are the colors seen on the screen?

It is my goal to provide online samples that are as close as possible to the actual finished print. However, colors on a monitor are light-based while printed colors are ink-based, so there will be minor differences. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

What kind of paper do you use?

The illustrations are Giclée prints produced on heavyweight stock (19 mil / 250gsm) with a velvet matte surface. This is a richly textured fine art paper engineered to give the highest resolution and color saturation possible. Its textured surface is not unlike that of handmade paper.

The stock is made of 100% cotton, acid-free paper with a luxurious weight, texture and finish giving it museum quality appearance. What does that mean? It’s great paper. The colors will be vibrant. You can rest assured it will look fabulous for years to come.

What is Giclée printing?

Giclée prints have the different colors of ink mixed on the surface of the paper. Colors are bright and uniform, even when examined close up. Giclée printers use 8 colors of ink (cyan, light cyan, magenta, light magenta, yellow, black, light black, and light light black), creating a final product that is more rich and vibrant.

How will you ship my order?

All items are carefully packaged in boxes designed to protect your print while in transit to your home. Packages are typically shipped via USPS or UPS.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary per order based upon type of item purchased and the number of items you choose. 

Note: Shipping fees for special orders (which may include custom framed works or unusually large sizes) will be quoted at the time the order is placed.

Can you ship internationally?

Presently, I ship anywhere in the US and Canada. If you would like to place an order and live elsewhere, contact me and I will be happy to make arrangements.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unlike a major retailer, these prints aren’t sitting in a warehouse or on shelves awaiting orders. Each piece is individually printed and framed as orders arrive. This affords the luxury of custom options and attention to precise detail. Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. To discuss rush orders or special shipping needs please contact me.

May I send an item as a gift?

Absolutely! This is a lovely gift idea. During checkout, simply fill in the shipping address of the gift recipient. The receipt for the purchase will be sent to you. Gift wrapping and a personal gift card are also available upon request.

The gift recipient will receive a packing slip (without pricing) inside the box, offering you the discretion you prefer in a gift. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, it is best to place each order separately to ensure accuracy.
