How accurate are the colors seen on the screen?

It is my goal to provide online samples that are as close as possible to the actual finished print. However, colors on a monitor are light-based while printed colors are ink-based, so there will be minor differences. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

What kind of paper do you use?

The illustrations are Giclée prints produced on heavyweight stock (19 mil / 250gsm) with a velvet matte surface. This is a richly textured fine art paper engineered to give the highest resolution and color saturation possible. Its textured surface is not unlike that of handmade paper.

The stock is made of 100% cotton, acid-free paper with a luxurious weight, texture and finish giving it museum quality appearance. What does that mean? It’s great paper. The colors will be vibrant. You can rest assured it will look fabulous for years to come.

What is Giclée printing?

Giclée prints have the different colors of ink mixed on the surface of the paper. Colors are bright and uniform, even when examined close up. Giclée printers use 8 colors of ink (cyan, light cyan, magenta, light magenta, yellow, black, light black, and light light black), creating a final product that is more rich and vibrant.

Are other sizes available?

Yes. Each 8" x 10" print is available in two additional sizes. Demitasse: 5” x 7” giclée prints and Venti: 11″ × 14″ giclée prints. Please send me an email to discuss your vision.

What about Custom Orders?

Each design can be produced in a range of colors and sizes. If you would like a particular design printed in a certain color background, or wish to discuss other custom design ideas send me an email to get started.

How will you ship my order?

All items are carefully packaged in boxes designed to protect your print while in transit to your home. Packages are typically shipped via FedEx ground delivery.

How much will shipping cost?

Print orders of any size are all shipped to the continental US for one low flat rate of $9.97 with standard delivery. Rush delivery is $19.97, flat rate for any size domestic order. Stretched canvas art ships via UPS or FedEx ground for $40 per item.

Note: Shipping fees for special orders (which may include framed works or unusually large sizes) will be quoted at the time the order is placed.

Can you ship internationally?

Presently, I ship anywhere in the US and Canada. If you would like to place an order and live elsewhere, just drop me a note and I will be happy to make arrangements.

International orders do not qualify for the $9.97 standard shipping flat rate or the $19.97 rush delivery rate.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unlike a major retailer, these prints aren’t sitting in a warehouse or on shelves awaiting orders. Each piece is individually printed as needed. This affords the luxury of custom options and eliminates any unnecessary waste. However, I do fulfill orders very quickly. You will receive your completed order, regardless of size, within a few days unless otherwise notified. (Custom products require more time to complete.)

Do you offer rush delivery?

I do offer rush delivery for a flat domestic rate of $19.97. This speeds up delivery time by a few days. Please note, that each design must still be created once your order is placed. Processing time remains the same, so you can expect your order to arrive in 1-2 business days (in addition to the 4-5 days for creation) with rush delivery. Rather than waiting 10-14 days to receive your order, you will receive your order in 7-8 days with the rush delivery option.

May I send an item as a gift?

Absolutely! This is a lovely gift idea. During checkout, simply fill in the shipping address of the gift recipient. The receipt for the purchase will be sent to you. The gift recipient will receive a packing slip (without pricing) inside the box, offering you the discretion you prefer in a gift. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, you will need to order each gift separately. Each order will be subject to individual shipping fees.
